Denny Hecker's tour of the federal penitentiary system has likely come to an end. The former Twin Cities auto dealer, serving a year sentence for fraud, has been relocated to his fifth prison facility in four months, according to the U.
Hecker is at a federal transfer center in Oklahoma City, before being moved to a low-security prison near Pittsburgh. The convicted Twin Cities auto mogul was initially held in Duluth before being transferred to Wisconsin in February. Most recently, Hecker was serving his year sentence at a medium security prison in Terre Haute, Indiana.
