Where is wintersand manor

Anyone have any idea where Wintersand Manor is? Showing 1 - 10 of 10 comments. It was never added to the game or it was removed. Nazeem carries the key, so maybe it was supposed to be his home in Whiterun Might explain why he lives at the Drunken Huntsman. Could be. I wondered if it was a home that had never been added or was removed before release of the game.
